(1) The Private Investment Act, 2063 and the Investment Board Act, 2068 have been repealed in the construction and operation of infrastructure.
(2) In the construction and operation of infrastructure structures, the actions taken in accordance with the Private Investment Act, 2063 and the Investment Board Act, 2068 shall be deemed to be in accordance with this Act.
(3) Board members and executive heads appointed in accordance with the Investment Board Act, 2068 shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with this Act and they shall remain in office until the date of their tenure.
